How will I benefit from working with a personal trainer?
You WILL benefit in so many different ways. Here’s just a short list:
- Increased Strength
- Weight Loss
- Reduce Risk Of Injury
- Burn Off Stubborn Body Fat
- Improve Flexibility
- Tighten And Tone Muscles
What kind of results can I expect?
It depends on how determined you are to achieve your goals and how hard you are willing to work. Our personal training programs will allow you to get the most out of your efforts.
How often should I meet with a personal trainer?
This depends upon your goals, how quickly you want to achieve them, your schedule and time available to exercise, and your budget. But when considering the cost, be sure to remember that this is your healthier and there is nothing on earth this more important.
On average, most clients do best when they meet with a personal trainer 2-3 times per week. Less than that, people will slack off and not get nearly as much our of it. Here are a few things to keep in mind when determining how often you’ll meet with your trainer:
1. How fast do you want to achieve your goals and see results?
The more frequently you meet with your trainer, the faster you’ll see results and achieve your goals. There are several reasons for this – consistency, accountability, motivation, guidance and you’ll work much harder with your trainer than on your own.
2. How much experience with exercise do you have and how much do you really know?
Most people have exercised before. Many for years.
But do you real know it all? We spend years studying and learning to know what we know and our primary focus is helping and teaching you.
Most clients we work with start out meeting with their trainer 2-3 times per week and then will gradually decrease the frequency as they progress and learn more and feel more comfortable and confident on their own.
